I ended up going with the base trail version. That is true however the supercharger was discontinued prior to the 2016 4runner release and toyota does not have a 2016 ecu reflash to my knowledge therefore i doubt they would install a trd supercharger if they could even find one too with the older reflash onto your 4runner and honor a warranty.
